I love their movies they are Awesome and very good. To note it I'm a teenager who are notorious haters of kid stuff, I am a anomaly
Since they were a part of my childhood, they'll stay with me forever so I'll never see them as kid's films.
They're family movies, meaning they cater to everyone. There are jokes in there that are very much pointed towards adults.
... because they are boring, and most of the time trying to imprint some "morale of the story", which is for kids. And Disney did it better.
Also, because they cannot decide whether to have archetypical characters that one can clearly identify, or have multilayered ones to make them more realisticly and human. Mixing both is making me twitch every time.

I think "Up" is a bit too sad for most really young children. The rest of them are child-friendly but also enjoyable by everyone (unless you're the kind of person who gets bored if you have to sit five minutes without seeing a few decapitations or something).
