Of all the temples in OoT, I'd have to say that the Water Temple was my favorite. The battle with Shadow Link, and the puzzles in the Temple just made it extremely fun.

Where's the option for the other two temples? Dodongo's Cavern and Jabu Jabu were totally viable temples, shorter as they were. I liked the spirit because you play it as both links, but boss wise, I love Bongo-Bongo and Volvagia.
I think you confused 'Temple' and 'Dungeon'. You also forgot Deku Tree.

I'm going to say that my favourite was the most creative yet straight-forward dungeons in OoT. I say that because my most vivid memory of the game is from one small obstacle that took me forever to get past because I first played the game on an emulator. That one occurance was my only difficulty in said dungeon.

I speak, of course, about the Water Temple.

Spirit Temple gets my vote, just for the outstanding puzzle design and the way it challenged you to use every skill you picked up in the previous dungeons.

Actually, I intentionally left it out. I don't consider it one way or the other, it's more a less a tutorial. But I've just equated temple and dungeon synonymous, as far as adventure games are considered, because it's usually a regional thing for how people say it, and they're more commonly called temples around here, perhaps because dungeon takes longer to say.

Shadow Temple was weird and cool.

Fuck water temples though. Fuck them now and forever into the sands of time.

Exactly, best music in the game, if I must say. The Spirit temple was balls to the wall great, except for the boss fight which was a tad easy, but made up for it in humour points.

Whatever one isn't the water temple, really.

But I'm going with Spirit temple, for the epic feel.

Spirit, just for the time warping.

Also, I don't see what the big deal is with the water temple. I found the rooms to be quite imaginative and the Dark Link part was fun.

Don't remember much, but probably Spirit for being so hard to get to, and being so hard to get through, while still being jolly fun. Also, the Water Temple was hell! Hated that bloody place, took me days to get through it, and I even rage-quit at one point cause of the frustration (although that may be laziness)

The one that people will stop talking about because OoT is one of the worst in the series.
OoT is one of the strongest in the series next to twilight princess because it gave Legend of Zelda such a smooth transition into 3D and with out the milestones, like Targeting, it set for the series it wouldn't have evolved into what we have on the Wii and Game Cube. besides howcan u say this is the weakest in the series it had a good amount of action and puzzle solving, though the story is as linear and predictable as you could expect from a legend of zelda game it had a couple nice surprises and twists and I liked how u had to move back and forth through time to solve some of the puzzles. all the distinct feels of the temples and areas were nice and refreshing too, u can tell the effort they put into the lvl design(though maybe alittle too much effort in the water temple)

I know people are going to hate me for this... But I actually liked the water temple. It had the best mini-boss (Dark link ftw!) and was a pretty good puzzle in and of itself. I found it pretty cool that changing something in the later parts of the temple opened stuff up from the beginning of it. That and it looked like it was actually made for the buggers that were supposed to use and defend it.(Zoras)

Though I hated the Longshot... stupid thing that. I mean, where did the Hookshot go? I loved what they did in T.P., making a duel Clawshot go on.

Spirit temple for sure. Iron knuckles and that song, I still have dreams with them.

Heretic. When did you play it? Ten years after it launched?

Going to have to throw my vote for the Spirit temple. I loved fighting Twinrova.

Forest. It was the most original I found and to be honest, the atmosphere still gives me the creeps to this day.

The twisting corridors, the wolves, the music, those damn hands!

...best Temple by far.

Although the Water Temple wasn't that bad. I've never had much trouble with it, I think I had more trouble with the Fire Temple actually.
