I like Coke more than Pepsi, as well as Sprite more than 7-up, so Coke wins IMO.
I just realized today that Dr. Pepper is Coke marketed as well, making Coke even more awesome.
However I prefer Mug root-beer (a Pepsi product) to Barq's (the Coke product).

I have noticed that whenever I'm at a restaurant and I don't know what brand sponsors them, I always guess the wrong one. If I ask for a Coke, they always say "Is Pepsi okay?" and if I guess Pepsi then they always ask if Coke is okay. It's frustrating.

Prefer Cherry Coke, but don't mind drinking Wild Cherry Pepsi if on sale or only option. Sometimes I will pick up some Wild Cherry Pepsi or even Cherry RC just for a change of pace.
As for product lines, still prefer Coke. Fanta and Sprite are also decent alternatives to Cherry Coke.

Go Coke! Pepsi is the brand that advertises as "For when they don't serve Coke". And when you travel internationally, you can taste the difference between regions (US coke is made with high-fructose corn syrup, and all the Coke in SE Asia is made with cane sugar, so they taste distinctly different)
I prefer Pepsi. Severely lost my taste for Coke since that's all they've got at my College. Can't stand it now.

I'm going to have to say Coke, I just find that Pepsi has too much of a "vanillay" taste, maybe thats just me though.
I find this difficult because I prefer different ones depending on other factors. For example, I prefer coke with ice in it over pepsi with ice in it while I prefer cooled(like from the fridge) pepsi over cooled coke. Also, I can tolerate warm pepsi but warm coke is unbearable. So, I guess due to winning two of the three comparisons here, I pick pepsi.
