Poll: Poll: Did anyone actually complete pokemon red/blue without using the glitches?

Just a thought as everyone i know who has/had the game used the glitch to cheat every time. Did the glitches actually improve the game or make it worse?

I never glitched, but only because I was too young at the time to understand how to use them.

I knew of them, but at that age beating the game in general was just a great feeling, i have never used the glitches and I have beaten the games many times still a clasic

Hey man, in order to fully complete the game you had to catch and battle with Missingno!

Only problem was that my Missingno turned out to be a Clefairy with water gun in two of its four attack slots...

I didn't know how to use the Glitches, so I did it the old fashion way

By having a friend trade a Lvl 100 Pokemon with Fire Blast to use against Gary.

There were glitches? I only used glitches in the later games. I used the cloning cheat.

Well I never had Red or blue but I had yellow and never did glitches

Beating Pokemon Red by yourself was what it was all about, man!

I only used the cloning-glitch when I wanted to get all my Pokemons to level 100, and that was on my third or second playthrough.

i beat red and blue both without glitching multiple times before i started using the rare candy glitch to lvl up random pokemon

Still got my save on Blue with a maxed Pokédex (151, Hell yes I have Mew!)
No glitches used, never felt like you had do.

I never even knew there were glitches, although I wouldn't have used them anyway.

I almost completed the Pokedex. I did end up using glitches eventually but even then, it didn't help me catch any of the Pokemon. Last time I checked I was at 132 out of 150. Most of those are Pokemon you can only get in the Safari Zone, evolve from trading, or that are in Red Version (I had Blue).

I was far too worried for my file to play with the glitches the first 3 times. I gave it a try later.

It wasn't until I finished the game that I found out about all the glitches. Ive played it a few times since then and I dont really want to use them because it kinda cheapens the experience for me.
