I talk to myself all the time. While gaming, I'll taunt dead enemies and do the celebratory 'fuck you' cheer.

i like to pretend im doing a LP of the game so i just talk about random stuff to myself and i talk back to myself

Yes, but that's mostly because I talk to myself quite a bit anyway.
Usually I'll either make imaginary small talk with the characters, or in cutscenes I'll find myself often saying something along the lines of "Now quick, shoot him while you can! Shoot him in the back! Great, now he got away."

After watching so many lets play's on Youtube, I got myself in the habit of talking about my thoughts about the game, explaining things to people watching, and making comments about certain parts of a game.

With no one even watching me...

XD, but in all seriousness, yeah, i talk to myself. I was playing pokemon diamond recently and I had beaten this pokemon that was giving my team some issues (I think it was a clefariy or something), so when I won I just shouted obscenities in joyous celebration.

I dont talk to myself, so much as i curse like an angry sailor.

Its weird. Even if im winning, i still have this half angry tone to my voice unless i completely destroy.

Very little difference. Whats funny is that i rarely curse outside of my gaming area. My mom was visiting and i sat down to play some LoL. And shes on her lap top and out of nowhere she hears "C*CK F*CKING *SS MONKEYS I CANT BELIEVE THIS SH*T"

At first, she thought i had been shot or something. And i was like "No, im fine. I just got a Quadra Kill and pushed to the nexus."

Even my grandparents have never heard my curse. Which is strange from how often i used to see them.

So, i guess yes, i "talk" to myself, just in a very angry way.

I talk to myself all the time, usually during a game or when I'm writing something. Just repeating what I'm typing usually catches any spelling or grammatical errors. Also, that's how I brainstorm.

I talk to myself when im playing in a goofy state (for humor) or when im playing a strategic game and im going of decisions.

depends on the game and what kind of mood i'm in that day, but yeah i would say roughly 50% of the time i'll do some type of chatter, whether it's offensive and angry or downright silly and humorous just depends.
