Poll: Poll: Favorite Surviving Character in The Walking Dead (Television) *SPOILERS*

***SPOILERS*** You have been warned!

I am just using the members of the original group that survived. Everyone met at the farm was left out simply because there isn't enough room.

Anyhow, my choice is definitely Daryl. I find him to be the most interesting character, because he always seems to be in some sort of inward battle with himself. While he isn't a nice guy by any stretch of the imagination, he is not the bad guy he tries to sometimes make himself out to be. He can be violent and rude to say the least, but when he is its because he is either looking out for the group or because of his own personal problems (most of the time, at least). If you look at everything he has done for the group he is the bravest and has taken the most risks, he actually does show SOME compassion on occasion (when he did the mercy killing for Dale), he actually does care (he looked for Sophia constantly and was obviously hurt by her death), and he has, in my opinion, the most interesting psyche of all the characters.

Anyways, that's my two cents. Go ahead and vote for your favorite character, feel free to post why.

Glenn, he is the only sane one

Glenn is a really good character, too. Him and Dale are the ones who always try to do the right thing it seems like, too bad Dale is gone. Now Glenn just needs to nut up or shut up

Daryl, by far. He has excellent practical skills and survival instincts, so a perfect person for a zombie apocalypse. He also made a zombie ear necklace, I mean come on!

Rick despite the crap he had to deal with at the end of season 2 (can you really blame him, afterall they're still alive because of him). He did well to adapt so soon after he woke up from his coma.

Glenn, Daryl, then Rick. In that order. I just hope that Andrea and Michone will be decent characters next season - they haven't written the women well at all yet.

Glenn, he's the one I can relate with most. Daryl is definitely second, though.
