This is especially funny when I do raid tactics. Opposed to the lengthy briefings that others will partake in, mine are "Hit thing, do X if Y, hit thing more."

When I played WoW, I was a paladin. I liked the concept of playing as a holy warrior.

That said, troll shamans are also totally badass, but I didn't get a chance to level very high as one.

Used to be druid, but recent patch made feral dps faceroll specc. You don't need hit or expertise. You also never ferocious bite inless the target is below 25%, and it's only to refresh rip. Feel free to flame me for these outlandish claims, I would understand. It's true and terrible.

As I adore the combo point and energy mechanic with finishers, Assasin Rogue is now my favorate dps specc. I still play my druid in hope that it gets better.

Damn Blizzard, in trying to fix druids having a powerful undispellable dot in pvp, you've broken us...

I was originally a hunter from late Vanilla, but as soon as I hit 55 in WOTLK I was like "F*CK you hunter! No more getting Wtfpwnt by Warriors! Now I get Wtfpwnt by Mages..."

You never learned to kite then, I can keep all melee classes away from me, sometimes without taking damage. Low-Level hunters might struggle, but once you get Deterrence, Scatter Shot, Disengage, and either Web from a spider pet or Pin from a crab pet, you can just troll warriors altogether by stun locking with traps, etc.

when I played WoW I tried all classes and I have to say playing as a troll(best race) shaman was by far the best being able to do high amounts of damage as well as backing up my team (using totems) I felt so useful but not overpowered.

Druid. I just like to have some versatility.

Same here. We any not be the best at every thing (but we do have some of the best HOTs if my memory is correct) but were still good none the less.

Besides were an absolute pain in the as the kill.

Of the classes I tried, I liked the Druid. It's the closest thing to being able to play multiple toons in the game (WoW isn't exactly alt-friendly).

I also like the idea of the Shaman, because it is (in theory) similar to my beloved Mesmer in Guild Wars.

Death Knight. I mean, you're a walking, talking corpse. With all kinds of unnatural powers at your disposal. And the only way to kill a Death Knight is to either decapitate it, Highlander-style, or burn it with holy fire!

At least, that's what I was told by a few of my Death Knight friends...

When I played i was a mage until i was sick of pressing 2 over and over and over, because when I was a mage that was pretty much all you did unless you had Arcane Power(which nobody had because frost was the only functioning raid build until that bug raid instance in Silithus, Ahn'Quiraj or something). I was a warrior from then on. Never regretted it, except for when the devs decided people were crying about arms warriors too much in pvp so they'd nerf some talent in fury that sort of kind of affected arms a little in pvp and go "SEE IT'S FIXED NOW RITE?".

im torn between warrior and druid. i like the druid's versatility but i also like the warrior's (at least dps warrior's) simplicity and durability

not a fan of tanking so i dont give a damn about bear form, before someone starts telling me about that.

EDIT: oh yeah forgot about the druid's HOT's. thats why i like being a resto druid. so simple yet so effective

It used to be Warrior, but at this point i'm sick of the constant balancing issues Blizzard has with the class. So i'm leveling a Paladin and loving it.

Death knight ftw. basically i level a mage to 70 then with wotlk to 80 and never played anything else. then i tried the DK and fell in love with tanking and made it my main.

My DK is my only level 85 now but i like warriors and Druids for tanking too. Pallies seem to rigid with their 6 or 9 sec CD on all their moves so i dont really like them.

But ive stop playing wow at the moment, got bored and uni is starting up again soon so it seemed like a good time to stop.

I think my friend summed up priests quite nicely with the following statement.
