Got banned from Epic Games forum when UT2003 was a thing, can't remember why but the moderater 'Pezman' was very ban happy. It got to a point where he stickied a thread saying if you post in it you'd be banned.

I then made a second account and got warning points from CliffyB for having a cannabis reference in my sig, at which point the community decided to make their own forum for off-topic discussion (which was a bannable offense) called 'Skill-Club' and alot of us moved there.

i remember getting a warning here once a few years ago but I can't remember for what. Other than that (apparently) I'm able to keep my cool online. Raging at people online just isn't worth the effort.

The only forum I may not have access to anymore was a fan Forum for the Driver series of games. Havent visited in years since half the members are toxic. Wouldn't be surprised if my account is gone.

On here, I probably dodged a warning or 2, but the records are clean. On the GBX forum I had a few warnings before they changed engine.

I only got banned from one site, once, but it was an IP ban.

The site was a FB knockoff advertised on my university's forums as a convenient place to share notes and such. I generally detest social media with a burning passion, but I've been rather frantically looking for resources before an exceptionally unpleasant exam (the lecturer's nickname is Bloody Babs, I'll leave the details to your imagination) so, upon finding nothing of use in the publicly visible parts of the site, I figured I'll take the plunge this once and who knows, maybe it won't be that bad, right?

Of course, I found nothing - neither educational materials nor anything I'd want to get involved in socially. Having decided this was a mistake, I've tried to get my account deleted. I'm not sure anymore (the whole thing happened a couple years back) if there was no "delete account" button or if it was just broken, so I contacted support, waited a week or so - still nothing.

So, I made a public post about the issue followed by an "unrelated" convoluted metaphor involving a sack of hammers, an abandoned house, Batman, stripper cake and implied rape. It got my account deleted right away :3

Apparently that was "Racist" and got me the boot. I also got banned for a few subreddits, including a suicide hotline, that i never visited. Apperently they got a bot that bans everyone that posts on KIA automatically even if they never visited their sub. The irony here is that the suicide hotline claims they "dont judge" and yet they judged me before i even came to that sub.

Best bet is to stay well away from reddit as possible. You have already found out why.

Reddit is a platform for many different subs run by different people. There are good subs that i enjoy, but there are also bad apples out there. The topic asked ones i got banned from so that was what i talked about, but i had plenty of positive experience as well.

Banned from KnowYourMeme for criticizing the moderators. If I post on Newgrounds about memes again I will be banned, so I can't go there anymore. On ED I was socially banned meaning the community has threatened to smear my reputation online and send bad things in real life to me in addition to threatening to attack my sister's YouTube channel, so I can't go there anymore. Banned from r/aww on Reddit for making a sex joke in the comments section. Banned from r/news on Reddit for posting too many news links. Banned on /pol/ on 8chan for criticizing Nazism. Banned on /pol/ on an alternate IP on 8chan for promoting Transhumanism. Banned on /leftypol/ on 8chan for talking about Donald Trump. Pretty much if they don't black-and-white ban you they just figure out a different way of keeping you away from them.

Back when Matrix online came out, I played for a week and wanted to cancel. They required that I do so over the phone, and even then, they refused because I called and it was on my mom's card so she needed to call. I just went to the forum on my account and made a post where I spammed the N word a bunch of times. I got my account canceled very promptly.

Should also add that I was permanently banned from KnowYourMeme's forums once, and banned from the entire site twice. Their mods are pretty awful at what they do.

I've come close here on occasion back when the mods were really liberal and if you expressed a conservative viewpoint you got in deep trouble. I did get banned from the Escapist's minecraft server and I think that's it. Apparently I was making other players uncomfortable with how I talked.

good thing we've got them alternative facts to fall back on, damn shame if we go away from our christian values in the government, just getting started draining the swamp, maybe the escapist is finally figuring that out.

Not HERE. The only one who got close to that mark was Susan (but not really), and frankly that was hypocrasy. Still didn't happen. No no, this was another board some ten or so years ago.

Not really. The closest was years ago when Youtuber who got salty after I commented in his video that Microsoft doesn't manufacture PCs. He called me ignorant and removed my comment. Not even bothered to get near his channel after that (criticizing a wall for its paint not drying uniformly would be a better use of time).

That said when I expressed a conservative viewpoint one of the mods got upset and suspended me. I appealed, they couldn't be made to see reason so I had to ride out the suspension.

Never, because I'm completely fine with following the rules. In fact, I've only ever gotten two warnings on this site, and one of them was simply because I didn't realise I was "spamming" by following up a comment chain with an admittedly unimportant comment of my own.
