Poll: Poll: Infamous or Prototype?

prototype is by the same devs as ultimate destruction, which was AWESOME. From what ive seen, they would have to work HARD to screw that up. Infamous looks like fun, but since he only has like, 4 abilities, it seems like it would suffer from assassins creed syndrome. Really fun the first time you play it, but quickly gets repetitive.

prototype for 3 simple reasons. 1. i dont own a ps3 2. HE ELBOW DROPPED A TANK 3. name another game that allows you to steal a soldiers identity, then convince his collegues that ur him and hes the imposter....then the promptly shoot their friend while you walk away to continue sneaking.

Well Prototype has rediculous big black spine thingies, shapeshifting and the like. Still, InFamous has electricity, and you're not immune to your own power so it has limitations as well, blackouts also making you a bit more vunerable. Thus it feels like both games could offer half-decent stealth elements unlike most other games that attempt this while still offering interesting and in-depth superpower manipulation that does allow for what are effectively rampages. Just depends what floats your boat, really.[/quote

It doesn't matter because Prototype was ended. They halted development. I only vote for it because I would rather it be released than infamous.

It was actually picked up by Activision and is gonna be released later this year.


EDIT: On topic I'd go with Prototype, as I think it looks the better of the two.

I'd say Prototype, i've seen some gamplay vids of both, and Prototype seems more adaptive and faster paced.

They both look awesome and I'm sure Sucker Punch will make Infamous good, but personally I'm leaning towards prototype, it's just faster and looks more fun to me.

Prototype. It looks a lot more... varied than inFamous. You can do a lot cooler things than just shooting lightning.
