snoring is worse.
Drool is usually just goes into a person's pillow and dries. I know I have done drooling but it is not a constant thing
none of my friends snore but my dad and all my uncles do.
I am a person that treasures sleep so when I can't get it I am pissed.

Drooling is fine unless I'm right next to them... which means I would have explaining to do

The thing is though, All of my friends and me, we don't deny it, Snore like chainsaws. And since whenever I'm with them, I'm the last one to fall asleep... urrgh. Then in the morning we all complain bout it
So, I'm gonna go with snoring.

But I would've put in sleep headbutting and sleep kicking
Ah! So true. Those are pretty bad as well. I had a friend who used to kick like Mortal Kombat in her sleep. It came to the point that when we had sleepovers, I'd stay in the bed just long enough to do our usual girlish night talking, and then vacate to the living room couch to sleep.

I wouldn't mind if the person I shared a bed with (and I would only ever share a bed with the person I love) drooled in her sleep. Snoring is a little worse but then again it wouldn't bother me either.

I don't know if I do either of these things myself. I doubt it.

I do remember a scene from Home Improvement though. "She's drooling down the river!"

After four or so years of having to sleep in the same room as my Father, I have become very used to the sound of snoring and actually sleep better with it. What can I say? The pattern and sound of people's snoring and heavy breathing just reminds me of my Father.

Snoring, because I'm a light sleeper. If they're drooling you can just move away from them. I've slept on pillows that have been covered in worse than saliva, thats for sure...

Snoring every time. Drooling doesn't make noise and prevent you from sleeping. It's just saliva spilling out of your mouth while you sleep, it's not harming anybody unless the person drooling rolls on top of you and starts drooling on your face.

Snoring for sure. I tend to drool if I'm tired enough. Snoring can keep you up, drooling, I wouldn't think so.

They are technically against the rules, since the Mods don't like having to put down flame wars. I was just emulating the overreaction most likely to come from a more controversial flame war.

A thread like this will probably get locked, but I doubt any real punishment or anger will come of it.
Good to know. I went carefully over the forum rules before posting, and I didn't think that a topic as ... off-beat as this would really instigate a "flame war". But, I'll certainly take that into consideration the next time!
I could not imagine a flame war over snoring vs drooling, so I would think the mods would cut a little slack on versus topics that are very unlikely to cause flame wars. Topics like CoD vs BF, PS3 vs Xbox360, etc are more likely to get locked because they are more likely to cause flame wars.

At least thats what makes sense to me.

I hate snoring, I have trouble sleeping as it is so someone snoring is a nightmare for me... not that I can have nightmares, what with being wide awake and all.

I snore AND drool! i am the worst bed mate ever! but yeah, my snoring gets complained about more than my drooling, because that tends to only wetten my own pillow.

I've never shared a bed with anyone else but I have slept in the same room as others therefore I would have to say that snoring is worse for me. I would have trouble sleeping when someone is snoring.
