Personally the Xenomorphs. Although I could see their acidic-blood becoming a bit problematic for your own ship, put them in an enemy base and they're like portable mini-bunker busters.

oll (topic A+) I'd say Yautja simply because you get such awesome tech for it. Invisibility, shoulder cannon etc. Not too fond of the mouth though...
It was a close one between Tau, Turian and Sanghelli. Most of the others either have a habit of betraying their leaders (protoss) or are too independent for real coordination. Went with the Tau in the end, because of their military might compared to the other two.
The loyal servants of the Emperor do not consort with this xeno filth. They shall be purged with righteous fury!

Daleks totally. Their primary weapon is basically a One Hit Kill Cannon(unless you're a Time Lord). Plus flying saucers are so retro.
The only species more OP than them are the Time Lords, since they could go back in time and stop you from ever existing in the first place. Didn't they try that with the Daleks at one point? :/

I'm amazed more people haven't voted Tau, I'm a big Warhammer 40k nerd and I know a lot of Warhammer 40k nerds don't like the Tau (they're too lucky, and they're new comers, and they're not the most interesting race) but they'd be one of the easiest to live with. Anyone who's played Mass Effect knows that Turians can be brutal and relentless and tend to dislike humans, the Tau is like a technocracy, hunger and disease would be eliminated, ecto-genesis would replace conventional pregnancy, everyone would have an abundance of goods, the only major downside is that the Tau would bombard people with propaganda and assign jobs in accordance to skill and inherent ability but really that's not unlike what we already have today.

Yeah, I could go for Sangheili, Turians, and Xenomorphs. Xenomorphs, as kick ass as they are, would I think be just too hard for me to handle. They are brutal, and Basically have no other thoughts but killing. Not for me, no.

The ELites have some pretty awesome tech, especially space-wise. They would have access to the ships they commanded in the covenant, meaning that nothing short of a few nuclear weapons could bring one down, and they could destroy an entire planet without setting foot on it. At the same time though, they are intelligent and honorable, and the only race to completely separate from the covenant after finding out what the rings were really about. The wreck people on land and in space, but at the same time are unbiased and respectful of other beings. I definetely go them.
