I did notice that at the start, sounde deeper like he had a cold or something. Of course he may very well have a cold, but i really dont care, it didnt affect the episode at all.

Noticed it aswell and wondered, I think its a cold. Though the sound quality does seem different aswell.

It's gotta be the change of microphone. The recording sounds clearer than, say, in MW2 review.
