Right now its trying to turn an easily ascertained fact into an opinion, thus making it useless. Why not try to fish for opinion rather than speculation on a fact?

Does no one think that it could have been a different person? Not only was the pitch of the voice in question completely different, he talked a lot slower as well.

He sounded like that in his very very early reviews and the ones on youtube. It's just a bit clearer now

It sounded a lot like he used to sound, in the beginning. So I'm gonna pin this to talking a little slower, possibly new equipment, and overall not caring because I don't watch it to pine over Yahtzee's voice.

Towards the end it stated to sound like normal, I'm guessing either new equipment or possible illness. It sounds like he used to in earlier episodes

New recording equipment wouldn't lower his voice so noticably, it's called cold and flu season. I sound almost like a boy when I'm sick, that's just what happens And it was an awesome vid anyway, so I don't understand why the only thing anybody's taking away from it is that his voice sounded different.

Obviously, it's different recording equipment. If you watch his first reviews on youtube then watch a recent review, he sounds different.
