I wouldn't care unless they wanted to blow it up or some stuff. Because that was completely bugger up our planets axis. But maybe if it gets invaded we should fight them off before all the moon-monsters rise up and conquer us both... >.>
I get very bored when I study and usually have some form of media rolling in the background to keep myself focused. I figure it'll be a good change from the usual anime that I watch. Of course, this is assuming my crappy local video store even has an indie title like this. I just don't feel that it's worthy of my bandwidth to stream or download, let alone the whole piracy issue as well. I won't miss $1.Iwata said:

Well if these aliens are sufficiently advanced enough to travel here from another solar system/galaxy/dimension/wherever and colonise the moon then I don't think there's an awful lot we could do to stop them bar nuking the shit out of it which probably wouldn't be a good idea

It's our moon! We only have one! It helps keep our planet's tilt steady! I'm not saying the aliens can't use it, but I do think we need to be aware of what they're doing with it and what they are planning! The moon is a very convenient place to launch an attack from! Even if they lose, they can just destroy our moon, causing severe losses from tidal, climate, and tectonic damage on our side!
Having Aliens on the moon would be a bit to close for comfort. Naturally they would send a garrison of troops to defend their new colony and to unsure order. Their navy can also use it as a refueling station so there would be heavy military traffic. The moon could easily be used be used as a launch pad for an invasion of Earth.
