Have an 85 Worgen Druid, 74 Belf Hunter and right now I'm just enjoying tanking randoms on my DK (level 63).
I don't really care for my Druid and I haven't experimented much in other classes. I'm a big fan of DK Blood tanking and Frost duel wielding so that's definitely one of my favorite classes.

I don't really have a favorite, as much as I just have to play a caster of some sort. It can be a hybrid of fighting and casting, like Shaman, but I simply can't play a Feral Druid, Rogue, Warrior, DK, Hunter, or Ret Paladin without being bored to tears
I haven't played the game in quite a while. (A few years) That being said, my memory is a bit off. I do recall enjoying the hunter as a class though. I had a dwarf hunter and I did very well with him. Having a pet boar was fun! If not, I would have to say a druid.
For me it's definitely rogue, but that mainly comes from not having much experience with other classes. My rogue has been my main since beta and he's the only one I've ever seriously raided on or done PvP with. I've had some fun with druids and paladins but I don't have the attention span for tanking and to me healing if phenomenally boring.
I like Warlock, Rogues, and Unholy DKs. I do quite well with these classes. I like the warlock and dk because I love the damage over time spells. Rogues because vanishing and then stabbing someone in the back is one of the most fun things imaginable.
