Regardless of the PSN debacle, get the PS3 version. You get the best console version and a free PC copy.

I'd recommend PC but when it comes down to controller comfort I'd pick the 360. I'd assume it's the same game on every platform but I am quite partial to the PC version myself. (but you asked PS3 or 360 so I will say 360....you sure you don't want to get the PC version? :3 )
