Poll: Pretty or Hot?

This was brought up in part by a conversation I had with a friend of mine.

I, being a fifteen year old boy who has no plans of getting laid anytime soon, like pretty girls, nice faces and personalities, bodies for the most part not included in the equation. However, I know lots of guys and (even more girls) who will pass up the girl (or guy) with a nice face and maybe less than perfect body for the girl with a less than nice face but gigantic breasts (or in the female's part rock hard abs or "justin beiber" hair).

So I'm a bit curious on what the rest of the world thinks. You can use whatever definition you would apply.

I go for pretty more often than fake perfect.

Edit: To save confusion: I prefer someone who is pretty, instead of someone who is fake perfect.

I don't really like using the term "hot"

It sounds too sexual and almost sexist in a way. When someone says "hot" they're probably thinking about just the sexual part of it. That's why I like cute, pretty or beautiful.

OT, though, I like non traditionally hot girls. Small breasts, nice figure, intelligence, personality and glasses are a bonus

So, I guess pretty or cute by normal standards

Girls with hot bodies are for when you're not looking for a project.

The girls I like most, and often want to actually start a relationship with, are often the ones that I sit down one day and realize I've never actually thought that much about their body.

Depends on what you want them for. All of my girlfriends have been really pretty but only one of them was really hot (though amusingly given the OP's description of 'hot', the other two both had huge boobs). For a more casual fuck I'd always go for hot over pretty.

"Hot" in my* definition, is big boobs and a big butt.
Pretty on the other hand, is someone who is cute, fun, and has a great personality.

Oh, and no one is gonna answer "I like ugly people"... not seriously anyways.

What I find hot and what I find pretty have a lot of overlap.

And things that I don't find hot that others do are pretty frequent.

I'd probably say pretty, but a lot of people are both to me.

I've changed a lot from when I was 15 (Thank God...) and I'm know more interested in personalities, not the size of a girls breasts.

I believe the term for someone who has a hot body but an average face is called a prawn. 'Cause you remove the head...

Anyway find I pay just as much attention to the body as the face. A nice face is a must but a nice body is pretty important too. If you're just checking someone out then there's no reason not to focus on all of their best assets. If someone has a really nice face look at that, if someone has amazing hair look at that, if someone has fantastic boobs check out those, nice legs, nice chest, nice hands, pretty mouth, you get the picture. There's no harm in just looking. If you're looking for a date then I hoping personality comes into it at some point.

When I hear the term pretty I generally think in terms of an aesthetic sense whereas hot I think of in terms of attracted to them. I'm a straight girl and I don't normally go round calling boys pretty so maybe that's why I think of it that way.
