I use my 360 most these days for general gaming. My PC is slightly outdated by today's standards, and PS3 sometimes gets worse multiplatform ports, so I go with 360 for multiplatform games.
PS3 I mostly use for exclusives such as Uncharted. Its primary use though is my media centre. Blu-Ray, DVD upscaling, network streaming, internet browser streams. Serves that purpose well.
PC I pretty much use for some online games that I still enjoy like Left 4 Dead 2, Call of Duty 4, and the occasional bit of Counter Strike Source. I despise Xbox LIVE.

I love my PS3, and it loves me back.
Especially as it's one of the early ones with backwards compatibility, making it, in my opinion, the best console ever.

Given my WoW addiction then it is the PC I use most, but when I am chilling out and just want to kill 30 mins or so I play Xbox 360.

Xbox 360 for me. It has all my favourite games (Oblivion, Dragon Age, Halo, Assassins Creed, Rainbow Six Vegas, The Orange Box, Forza, Red Dead) etc etc.
Plus the online is great if you mute all the annoying 12 year olds, and I just think it has a feel good factor to it. The avatars, the dashboard, inside xbox. It has the best interface IMO.
Even if I could afford to be a PC gamer, I wouldn't want to.

Technically I'm playing on Xbox 360... however I have dual screen and am usually watching something on the PC too. It's a combined effort =P
PC then PS3. Almost equal between the two.
The way I see it, PC pretty much covers 360's catalog, so with PC and PS3 together, I have all the bases covered, except for Wii, but who really cares about the Wii?
