Because it seems like you people are trying to find a solution to a problem by trying to encourage one of the consequences of the problem.Lawyer105 said:Well... I suppose you could grow up a bit, give up on the archaic, quasi-religious zealotry and actually explain why you have a problem with it in a rational and thought out manner. Or is that asking too much, hmm?Popido said:So, if theres no other jobs available, I should just become a prostitude then? Thats really what you want your goverment to tell you?Lawyer105 said:Why?Popido said:What qualifications do you need? Why should I consider becoming a prostitude? Is there really a calling for this type of job? Hows the competation against other forms of paid or free sex services?Lawyer105 said:What makes you think it isn't a real job??Popido said:How about getting a REAL job?
Convince me to become prostitude, please.
Should I try to persuade you to become an accountant or something too?
Do you need qualifications to work at Macdonalds? Or in a checkout queue?
Why do people consider sweeping streets or collecting garbage?
Is there really a calling for sewer cleaners?
See... I can do it too. It's just a job. You know - providing a service in exchange for money. Just like all the rest of us do. Except those on welfare, of course. Are you on welfare? Is that why you need a job?
I've explained why I'm all for legalising and regulating it. How about you explain why you're totally opposed to it?
What problem?? You haven't provided any reason, or any evidence to support your claims that there is a problem!Popido said:Because it seems like you people are trying to find a solution to a problem by trying to encourage one of the consequences of the problem.
It's religious tolerance, by the way... and you still haven't provided any evidence to support your claims that there shouldn't be tolerance for prostitution.Popido said:And lessen the rebellious tolerance crap. This is not a quest for tolerance on prostitution.
Better education and more jobs.Lawyer105 said:What problem??Popido said:Because it seems like you people are trying to find a solution to a problem by trying to encourage one of the consequences of the problem.
No, I ment rebellious.Lawyer105 said:But, you know what? There IS a problem... the problem is judgemental retards trying to rule absolutely everybody else and force them to comply with whatever THEY think "appropriate" behaviour is.
How about we start addressing that problem, hmm? It's a way bigger issue than prostitution! It's religious tolerance, by the way...Popido said:And lessen the rebellious tolerance crap. This is not a quest for tolerance on prostitution.
Guess what. We call that intolerant zealotry around these parts. I should know.
Ok it makes more sense that it's for the chumps and chumpettes. Thank you for clearifying.Veldie said:was mostly a joke option for the idiots who are batshit stupid over stuff in beleving somthing no mater whats said >_>Chase Yojimbo said:EDIT: Also OP, I understand WHY there is a poll for being sick and sexist, but people do know that there are Male Prostitutes as well right? There's nothing really sexist about that >.>
Well, if the laws were not written well, women could be forced into prostitution through exterior means, or trafficked women could be exploited. I basically mean that there would need to be checks and balanced to ensure no one is exploited.AndyFromMonday said:How so? Also, there are male prostitutes as well. Don't forget that.Hashime said:The risk of legalizing prostitution is that people will exploit women through the framework of the laws.
