Mid September, but atm that is just HearsayTimeLord said:Seeing as they're back to a live audience and original crew. I see no problems here. Also that trailer made me laugh. Which is a good sign indeed.
Any word on a specific air date?
Yeah, she was just annoyingWolverine18 said:I loved the first 3 or 4 seasons of RD but then it started to get tired. I watched it intermittently for a while but totally gave up on it when they introduced the alternate universe RD with his GF in it.
Series 6 was among the best. So yes: That includes Gunmen and Rimmerworld - with Gunmen in particular being one of, if not /the/ finest episode in the whole show - but after Rob Grant left... it really did just nosedive. It seemed pretty clear to me that Doug Naylor simply couldn't carry the show on his own, and everything subsequent ranged from either 'blah' to actually cringeworthy.talker said:i don't see why everybody thinks everything after series 6 was like a scutter giving you the finger. some really great season 6+ episodes were:
- gunmen of the apocalypse
- rimmerworld
- epideme
- nanarchy
- the three 'back in the red' episodes
- the two 'pete' episodes
- and only the good
But yeah the seasons 2-6 where the very best.
if you love Red Dwarf: damn right
if you have never ever heard of Red Dwarf: download it or something. at least watch polymorph with the calm, pipe-smoking Rimmer (there is only one problem - the abbreviation is C*I*O*I*) and the polymorph (apparently it was an attempt to create the ultimate warrior, a soldier who could adapt to its terrain and evade its enemies. so what went wrong? IT'S INSANE!!!)
if you hate Red Dwarf - Smeg You!
Coronation street and cocaine...FamoFunk said:I used to love Red Dwarf as a kid, then started to hate it as I got older D:
I will give it a shot though, and Craig Charles looks awful, that's what Coronation Street does to you.
