Just to clear up any confusion anyone may have:
Neo takes the Red pill, seeks the truth, escapes the illusions of the Matrix and wakes up in the real world.
Although as we now know from the whole trilogy, none of the rebels ever left their pods (as the Architect explains), with Zion just being an illusion of freedom and "Real Life" from the clunky illusion of reality that is the Matrix - i.e. somewhere to put all the malcontents. That is how he defeats Agent Smith by negating his existence with him and permitting the whole of the Matrix to go from loads of Smiths and lots of rain to a new 'Revolution' or version that seemingly has neither Smith or Neo (having cancelled each other out) and a sunrise courtesy of the little Indian girl (program).
The fact that you see the Oracle dead, then alive and sitting on a park bench can only be explained by accepting that this is a new Matrix. All the people in Zion are carried forward and can free other malcontents. Harmony is achieved.
Personally, I don't believe in reality all that strongly (let alone intangibles like Santa and Jesus) and have a hard time believing in electricity and magnetism (i.e. I'm moderately surprised that the light comes on when I flip the switch... I don't trust it to always work), so my answer to the poll would be the blue pill. Forget all about it. Trinity is hot, but there are plenty more fish in the sea. I quite liked the girl with the rabbit...
