Blue for 2 reasons. in RvB there is Caboose, and Tucker. In TF2 the BLU's acronym makes logical sense (gramatically).

Red,because in Team fortress 2,they get to defend.
Otherwise,I care not.

I choose BLU because then I get to attack in Payload games.
But other than that, I'm more neutral really, so I'll say purple.

In the Team Fortress 2 Meet the Team videos, the main character is always red, and kicks the crap out of the blue team. If Valve is on Red's side, who am I to argue?
