Sorry, it's just not going to happen.

There is ALWAYS an excuse to bring back a villain in some way, shape, or form.

Indeed lets think about it he got ripped apart by a tyrant and he's supposed to die a few times i doubt abit of lava could kill him

Knowing Capcom they would make that Wesker a clone or something stupid maybe a robot?

Kill it. If you keep the same series name and keep just a handful of story elements (and crappy characters) then you have all sorts of expectations to live up to (for example, the outcry that RE5 is mostly action rather than survival horror). If you create a new IP, you're free to change whatever the hell you want because it's NEW and it will be judged on it's own merit rather than being slammed by the series haters and illogicaly defended by the series' fanboys.

A spiritual sequel with similar gameplay and a lot of the same concepts but a different (and hopefully much better written)storyline would probably work better than milking the same cash cow until it likely goes bone-dry.
