I never thought of that, yhea I couldn't role play if it means being a different person.

Yep. Part of the whole sociology/psychology interest I have. What makes people tick and whatnot. Maybe my next thread should be about fetishes and why people think they have them? XD

In all seriousness though, that would be interesting.

But about the sex; it's a large part of most people's lives, so it's kind of important. I figure that it's not unreasonable to ask about it. That, and if people think it's too personal, they don't have to answer. It's not like I'm chaining anyone down and whipping them until I get my answer. Although I think that some of them would like that. XD

Yup! All the time.

My spouse and I love D&D. Our D&D characters often become romantically involved. So, when the dice stop rolling, we will sometimes take our characters into the bedroom for stuff that happens "off camera" in the game.

We both like amateur acting (Shakespeare in the Park, that sort of thing) so getting into character isn't a problem. Plus, it's lots of fun.

As for costumes, just minor things. When we RPed as Tali and Shepard from Mass Effect last night, I put on a hoodie (and nothing else) and affected my best Tali accent. ^^ We had ourselves a great evening.

I'd expand that to roleplay all-day /slightly sexist joke that I don't really mean.

OP, this strikes me as kind of personal. Obviously some people feel differently but still...

You don't have to answer, I'm just curious as to how many people actually do it is all. This isn't as personal as the fetish thread I just made anyway. XD
