Poll: SciFi VS Fantasy

It depends, I find fantasy books easier to read, but... I dunno about games. They're both good for films. I think what I like about fantasy is that it seems to have more potential to be subtle, so a completely normal setting with just a slight twist, whereas I find SciFi needs to go almost the whole way.

Overall I like scifi better, but fantasy can be great too. Also, the line between the two can be really hazy.

Equal, depending on how they're done. I prefer fantasy RPGs; I find it easier to lose myself in them, but for films, I don't mind, but sci-fi films usually seem to be better done.

I say sci fi but I do enjoy a good fantasy ever now and then.

Its just that fantasy is hardly ever done right.

Its a tough one, but to be interesting and not choose both I will say fantasy. I admit, I love me some swords and sorcery.

I definitely tend to lean more towards fantasy than sci-fi.

I like both, but I'd lean more towards fantasy (mainly because of the Lord of the Rings).
Both genres can be done really well and they can also be done horribly as well. It depends.
