i had a genesis, and loved it, i had a lot of the games, sonic 2 and 3, sonic spinball, x-men, this weird point-and-click adventure game called cosmo or something, battle toads double dragon, a game about that cheetos cheetah, mighty morphin' power rangers lol, a side-scroller about this dude who's powers are based on snot and farts, which was actually a fun game, aand a lot of others that i can't remeber, and my mom threw the thing away, i coulda sold it and the games for a lot of money, or just kept playing it. I had these games, and a lot more, and i'm only 13 now

Only one person other than myself has confessed to having a Saturn? That's a crime... awesome console, awesome.
Truly. I even own Panzer Dragoon Saga for it, which is one of the best JRPGs that nobody knows about. In fact, all of the Panzer Dragoon series (including Orta) is carely crafted bliss and I can't really believe that Sega has thrown all that away.

I also own a Dreamcast with various shmups and fighting games for it, though not much else. Sonic Adventure and Chu Chu Rocket are pretty much the only games that don't fall in either category.

My Genesis still works wonderfully. Mutant League Football, Roadrash, Golden Axe, Sonic 2, Altered Beast. . . ah, my retro heaven.

I've been a huge Sega fan (until lately) for many years. I own a MegaDrive (Genesis), Saturn and Dreamcast. I did own a Master System but it died a while back.

The Genesis was my first console and sonic 3& knuckles is still one of my favourite games
if i ever see a Saturn anywhere cheap i'll buy it just to play the original NiGHTS. the Wii sequel was alright but the levels and gameplay dont mix well

Never had a Genesis, I could see SNES was a better system when I was 12. Dreamcast was too little too late and fell into early obsolescence. Nothing else the folks at SEGA ever made is even worth mention, 'cept for some awesome software titles.

I simply skipped the 16-bit era. I had a NES, and the next console I got was a PS1. During that gap I played with my NES, C-64 and Amiga 500.

Had a Genesis, SegaCD (which I actually loved for one reason: Lunar), the Master System attachment for the Genesis, a Game Gear, then a Dreamcast. Do wish Sega would get their act together and bring the good games back - Sonic, Phantasy Star (none of this online crap), Shinobi.......something happened after they dropped out of the console race, as if they forgot how to make fun games anymore.

There should be an option for all of them. I owned everything they ever released.. Still do. Sega Nomad is the coolest thing ever.

The great thing about sega was that it was built to last. I got my current Mega Drive when someone found it on the side of the road. still worked. I use games on it that are upwards of 15 years old on it, still works.

I have a MASTER SYSTEM converter that still runs games upwards of 20 years old.

I love sega, and the day they pulled out of the console race, and Sonic appeared on a Game Boy, I cried.

Growing up I was a Sega man. My very first console was the Master System II, I currently own 2 of those with some great games on it. I also owned a Dreamcast for a little while, but had to sell for personal reasons.
