Poll: Serious talk, Would you care if people didn't like you?

If everyone hated me then yes, that would certainly bother me because then I'd have to actually consider that maybe, just maybe, there's something wrong with me!

On a serious note... well, yeah. I care if people like or dislike me. I want to be liked, and I will pay good money to attain that. PM me for hundreds of dollars. Okay, I still haven't been entirely serious. I do care if people like or dislike me in the sense that I enjoy being liked, and I enjoy not dealing with awkward, hateful situations. However, all a person can do is be themselves and if some people hate that, then that's just how it has to be. It doesn't pay to think about it too much.

What do you mean by "if"?

I chose sometimes though i wish i could honestly chose no. however i still end up wanting to be likable in some situations. I wont get over my own interests to get into somones cirles or anything like that, but i wont be acting like an asshole randomly either.

I tend to assume no one likes me unless they prove otherwise.
If random people dislike you, who gives a fuck? They're just wasting their own energy being negative.
But I would care if someone I cared about didn't like me, as long as it wasn't for a stupid reason.
