I use suave kids shampoo and conditioner in one.

Because I'm lazy and cheap, and it smells good.

I'm a guy with short hair. So shampoo, if you please. I don't even know if I'm doing it right half the time...

I use a 2 in 1 for my shoulder-length wavy hair. And you have to condition after shampooing, because the shampoo washes the conditioner away, doesn't it?

I only use shampoo. Can't remember the last time I used conditioner, though my hair doesn't really need it...

I have to use both. I'm black, so my hair gets unruly and nappy if I piss it off. Shampoo once, condition twice, then, once it dries, I add leave-in conditioner.

I use both.

First I rinse my hair, lather it thoroughly in shampoo, and then rinse again.

Then I apply conditioner, get it all in my hair, and then leave it until after I wash my face and body. The last thing I do before I leave the shower is rinse out the conditioner. It seems to work pretty well.

It's funny how there was actually someone who voted "conditioner only."

Shampoo and Conditioner, always. With my hair, not conditioning means at least thirty minutes with a comb fighting a head full of stubborn tangles and cursing the day I was born.

I have a 2 in one shampoo and conditioner thing so both.

I can't do it to much though or else my hair will frizz and basically explode into what looks like a jewfro.

who only uses conditioner!?
my hair is shoulder length so i use both,to just shampoo would make my hair dry and rubbish and just generally horrible and to just use water would do quiet the opposite(ie greasy and horrible). Shampoo and conditioner is the way to go if your hair is long.

I have naturally curly hair, so I shampoo it twice a week, condition it about 3 times a week and the other days I just use water

Too much shampoo can completely dry out curly hair

I want to say that I never wash my hair since I have dreads, but I want to keep it at least a little clean so I don't scare everyone away. People are already disgusted by the fact that I haven't washed my hair in two weeks.

OT: I only use shampoo.

Sometimes I just use conditioner, depends how long I want to be in the shower for.

Also, I never, EVER put on conditioner before shampoo, anyone else get this?
Mhmm, I'm the same. It's probably in the law somewhere.

It does say on the bootle to use conditioner after the shampoo...

My hairs really thick, so if I don't condition it, I get an afro. One time I didn't use the conditioner I got with my hair dye and I couldn't get a brush through it D: it hurt man.

I use a volume building shampoo, followed by a hydrating conditioner that I let sit in for a few minutes. My hair is very fine, breaks too easily, and is oily, so I aim to strengthen it and keep it clean. I have long hair for a guy, but the act of shampooing and conditioning isn't a lengthy one to be bothered by it.
