I can see potential problems....
On one hand, a remake of LTTP may be great, but it may be seen as entirely repetitious if all they do is update the graphics, but if they changed it from a 2d game into a 3d game...then everyone who loved the original may boycott the remake.
On the other hand, a remake of MM sounds logical, and most of the work has already been done for them involving the engine...i have never played MM before, so im not really sure what makes it an extremely notable Zelda game except for the severely dark and disturbing situations and mind screwy moments.
From what i know, a LTTP is one of the best main 2D games, OoT is almost at a Final Fantasy 7-esque level of popularity and the Oracle of Games may be the best retro handheld 2d games, though depending on view, Minish Cap might beat it. (though Capcom and Nintendo is a match made in heaven....come on, make another Oracle-esque game)
