Poll: Should a collector's edition include all preorder bonuses?

I personally believe that a collector's edition of a game should include every piece of bonus content no matter where you get it from. As collector's editions are usually purchased by completionists they would be the ones miffed about having a piece of bonus content unavailable to them if they purchased it from say Amazon and couldn't get access to a Gamestop bonus or vice-versa.

I would say no, because the point of pre-order bonuses are to, you know, get pre-orders. Not much of an incentive to preorder when you can just buy the whole she-bang.

And I get where you're coming from, but this seems to be a decision left up to the developer and the producer.

At the ridiculous overpricing of collectors editions, they really freaking should, what else makes it an edition worth collecting!?!?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't pre-order bonuses determined by individual retailers? If that's the case, then it certainly would be nice if the collector's edition matched pre-order bonuses, but it would be very impractical.
