Remedy still has Alan Wake's PC files on their hard drives so it'll probably see the light of day sooner or later. The PS3 on the other hand...

Really, I see no reason for ANY game to be a platform exclusive. It only hurts the gamers, and I know that a lot of my friends will be missing out on a fantastic game because of this. Therefore, in answer to your specific question: yes, it should be on other consoles as well.

It'll be out on PC by next year, you can almost guarantee it. PS3 has about as much chance of getting Mario, though.

I wish, as my main console is my PS3, but I don't see it happening.

Except for the fact that Alan Wake is a linear horror game, and Heavy Rain is a choose your own adventure book with cutscenes.
Well that about sums up my knowledge about Alan Wake.

Way to point out my ignorance of 360 titles...

As someone above me said, it probably will be out in about a year on PC (or announced and nearing completion)

It was originally going to be a PC game (PC exclusive if I recall correctly?) and it ended up being announced as an 360 game too, then eventually just the 360. They still have all the files from the unfinished PC game, and we all know "exclusive" means precisely shit. So I'm pretty convinced there will be a PC version at some point.

It will probably be on the PC next year. PS3 shouldn't be greedy and have Alan Wake too.
