I don't think a sequel in rapture is possible with either endings really, as all the little sisters will be gone and with the bad ending all the splicers have taken over the world. The only sequel I can possibly see is of a group of survivors after the splicers have/are taking over the world, as they fight back and kill the main character from the first, but in doing so will void the point of having the good ending in the first game.

I want a sequel. Rapture's backstory is brilliant and I think it should stay backstory. It keeps the mythology alive a lot better.
