Poll: Should I buy Saint's Row 3 or MW3?

Kinda wildly different things to compare. MW3 will give you a short single player mode with hours of multiplayer play. SR3 will give you a much longer story involved single player campaign with free-roaming replay. Whichever sounds better, get that.
Well, it all depends on what you prefer. I think that it's better to bet on Saints Row 3. It just looks like tons of fun to be honest.
Asking that question on this website is like asking . . . well, I can't even think of another question that would end up so one-sided. So I'll simply say this: About 99% of the users on this website will say Saints Row The Third, no matter what, even if Modern Warfare 3 were proven to have cured every form of cancer.Noceus said:

It's all personal preference. Saint's Row is a game I play once, do as much as I can, get as many achievements as I can be arsed to and then I leave it. I might go back to it a few months later with my heart set on X achievement and get a couple more, but that will be it. I don't enjoy the Multiplayer on it (assuming it is similar to Saints Row 2's Multiplayer)
Modern Warfare 3 i will play through the single player, get all the achievements for it and then I have the Multiplayer, of which I enjoy the most out of the 2 games (assuming it is similar to all other CoD games, which it clearly will be).
That's just me though, and I intend to pick up both games on release day.

im voting saints row, looking to be a great game and also I hate COD...but if your looking for an FPS then why not consider Battlefield 3, which is looking awesome, or maybe rage, free roaming and first person shooting? Needs three disks to fit it all as well, so you'll get your moneys worth...

SR3 i may not have played much of the saints row games but cod will always be the same,well atleast intill activision tryarch and invinity wsrd get all destroyed because now that they found something that makes them money(the style of multiplayer) there never gonna let anybody do anything else. i brt they fire anybody who even thinks about changing on thing.its just gonna be the same with a new coat of paint then they take a few thing away then add a few thing then leave a massive piece out.i mean "omg they got rid of a few perks and added some game modes and no more kill streaky this will be awsome" they took a few perks away that might make it better but then they add an op noob perk and new game modes to replace cod 7's gun game and no kill streaks so we get to use the homefront system yay!wow you got to the end good job

saint row 3! it looks like it's going to be awesome if you look at the trailers,plus that saints row 2 has yet to disappoint me

Huh? These games aren't comparable, they're totally different genres. If you're asking our opinion of which is a better game I'd say MW3, just because I didn't like SR2. But it's really a choice between silly and SOAAAAAAAPPPPPP, GHOOOOSSSTTTT, TOAAAAASSSSTTTT! When I put it like that it seems to be silly or silly, but you get the picture.
