Hey guys I'm thinking about getting prototype, but i wanna know if this game will last me for a while, or if there's something better. BTW I'm gettin it on the PS3, my 360 is trashed.

Yes, it will last you a while. Not only does it have a decently sized campaign, but the campaign isn't even the best part. I've easily spent 75% of the time I've played Prototype brutally destroying anything I felt like. Its a great sandbox game, and the mass destruction of anything in your path never really gets old.

Never played it so I can't say but I hear that it is very good.
If your unsure just buy it as a preowned game and you'll prob save some money at it to.

Get it, mess around in it. It's all just mindless violence which can be fun (if you're into that sort of thing).
Infamous is much better the prototype if your into free roaming games (especially superhero games).Smack-Ferret said:

This applies to me aswell. I love the idea of letting off some steam by naming some in-game citizens after people I despise, and chokeslamming them off a skyscraper.
Yes, because even you wanna take a break from doing superhero stuff(can't see why you would) there's plenty of ways to set yourself into scenario's.
Some of my favorites:
Get a Marine disguise, set yourself at one end of the island, try fighting your way to a Hive and take it down without using Mercer's Abilites.
or,
Set your self in a huge cluster of Infected Zones in a civvy disguise, try and get to a military base without being killed.
