It's absolutely lovely you know what I'm thinking. Yes if by human actions a hairy spider would become extinct, I would mind that. Every animal is part of the ecology, whether global or regional. Destroying balances for short-term profit... yeah. Not a good idea.

Ecosystem needs all animals, big small, and microscopic. Letting any species go extinct is inexcusable especially if we're the reason their threatened in the first place.

Agreed, am getting tired from this thread myself. Never been quoted more on any subject than on Frickin' Pandas. Which apparently makes it a hotter topic than the state of our economy, racism or military actions.
