Personally I wish to hunt down every single asshole that uses commando and thinks their good. No offence though.

The lobby. It can take up to ten minutes for it to find a game for me without giving me a choice of map or any detailed gameplay choices, and all with annoying background music which you can't disable without being kicked from the servers.
I'm gonna go with the lag on some servers (at least on the PC end) I've gotten some bs kill where I knife a guy, get a hit marker, but due to some miracle of latency differences he was able to knife me instead. It gets really frustrating when you're nuke hunting, the difficulty level just rises when you aren't playing at low latency levels. I cannot tell you the ammount of times I've been in the 20 kill zone and some guy runs around a corner but hes not on my screen yet due to the lag and by the time I see him hes already sent 4-5 bullets my way.
Tubes are just a close second because there are so many players who aren't even bothering using anything else. I'm fine with a person who has a tube as an attachment, uses it for those kills he really can't pop his head out and get a clear shot. But there are people who just run around with Tubes, Danger Close, Scavenger/One man army, and launchers/thumper and that's all they use, they never fire a single bullet. And it gets so frustrating with some of these guys because they'll just random fire sometimes at corners and you'll just happen to be rounding it and boom you're dead.

MANY times have I seen myself getting killed via the killcam by somebody either shooting/knifing an empty space of air maybe 3-5 feet away from me.
This isn't a balance issue, people, this is a fucking glitch. Why hasn't shit like this been patched?
Oh, and this game has the worst matchmaking I have ever seen. No, not exaggerating. I've played a lot of games on XBL, but this game just has shit matchmaking. If I'm a new player, I shouldn't be playing against lvl 70, 10 prestiged players. That just isn't fair to anyone.
EDIT- And I forgot to mention the more obvious, you know, incredibly long wait for finding a game, followed by the game repeatedly sticking you into a game already in progress, and ofcourse always on the loosing side after the team has give up.
Don't get me started on the actual balance issues, though. The infinite Noob-tube trick (gun with noob-tube + one-man army), the knifers (lightweight, marathon and commando, ofc..)and just the overall annoyance of killstreak rewards. The fact that their can be MULTIPLE enemy aircraft at once just shouldn't be allowed.
And yet I keep playing. God-fucking dammit, Black Ops had better be amazing.

- Omghad, this! I hate this! But I just pick up my own tube and annoy them to death, they don't like to be tubed back.

- Umm, never annoyed me.. but I don't know how to counter it either.

- This one annoys me a little, mostly because I have coldblooded

- Nuke is boring, I'm just saying. Got the emblem and all that, but after that I never used a nuke again to be honest

Seriously, I have overcome absolutely EVERYTHING I hated about this game's multiplayer in like, three days somehow except for that fucker! You see it, it's from your third person death cam, and then again in the Killcam. It's usually a one-shot kill, but people still fire a whole damn mag at you, just to be sure.

Why award the people who are experienced with the game with ultra-powerful upgrades that let them destroy everyone who doesn't have said upgrades because they are new to the game?
