Not worried about the matchmaking itself, not too offended by any one maps existence to care when I end up with it. I hate most of the players who talk, are retarded simpletons, glitch for lvls, or suck and need to be carried. After that is noob tubers, then akimbo rangers/model 1887's. And grouped in with a lot of that is any third person game type involving 'camp behind this wall staring at that corner like the rest of your team until the timer runs out to win this round' as the winning strategy until a round ends and 'use every explosive in the game instead of any amount of skill to rush your opponents spawn and as soon as your sitting planting the bomb, begin firing your explosives at the expected spawn points/corners the defenders need to approach by to ensure yourselves enough time to onemanarmy+charge the opposite side and in turn switch the teams forced spawn points again away from their objective in the least skillful and or honorable way possible'
COD has taught me the same thing the enemy in Iraq already knows, explosives are the cheap and easy way for a coward to send a fatal message. COD has more than it's fair share of these said cowards who lack any good reasons to be alive.
Lastly, that stupid latency issue with COD that I hate most is indeed the full 1-2 second delay between what occurs on your screen and what occurs on your opponents. Because 100% of my killcams based from a players POV are displaying things entirely different than they do in my screen. I will see them for a full second and start laying into them before they're displayed as returning fire, then I'm dead, and the killcam shows them coming around the corner, ripping into me and walking PAST ME before the counter zeros out and I'm killed. Considering the pathetic library of insta-kill weapons offered between shotguns, commandos, noobtubes w/e, it's a consistent reminder of why 'realistic' shooter is such a shitty online genre of multiplayer. I'd much sooner play halo, red faction, Transformers-now, or a completely separate genre if need be..
