Good God I'm so fucking hyped about this game. It's very distracting. I've pre-ordered it, and I'm hoping to make it to the midnight release. I'm passing the time with Destroy All Humans, which I just got for my anniversary present. It's fucking rad, but there aren't enough dragons in it.

1) Yep. Broke down and "went legit" . . .kinda. Either way I paid off my preorder this week at Gamestop.

2) Well ya see I was but then earlier this week . . . well best to stop there site rules being what they are and all

3) Not really. I just played some Arkham City and Dark Souls mostly.

4) Dark Souls. Oh how I love Dark Souls. So much so that I barely have to time play Arkham City and Skyrim . . . errr I mean when it arrives that is . . . honest.

1) No

2) Not since I watched one of the preview vids and saw that combat appeared to be just as stiff as in Oblivion - except with pre-baked finishing moves that make you watch instead of letting you do it yourself - and, unless you have a shield, all you can do is stand there gormlessly soaking up hits!

3) No

4) Yes

5) I wouldn't know, I haven't played it yet.

1) Yup but only standard edition
2) really really hyped, too much so.
3) Not really, I just do what I'm usually doing
4) Other games that have caught my eye...Uncharted 3, Batman: Arkham City, Skyward Sword, Xenoblade Chronicles maybe Assassin's Creed but nothing as much as Skyrim
5)Nah, everything I see shows how great this game'll be, too excited ha.

Well I've been playing Star Ocean: The Last Hope recently and my mate just lent me Alone in the Dark and Skate 2. Other than that I have a week off work this week and not next week which has annoyed me slightly that's about it really.

1. Yes I did pre-order. I trust bethesda to make a very enjoyable game. Not to mention having seen that the PS3 image quality is.. wow. They really did their job. At the same point I trust that within 2 weeks after coming out we see patch 1.03! It is a bethesda thing you see.

2. Mmm mmm I dunno I will let it come to me. It is easy being hyped and then finding out that little things naggle you. I rather take it from the I expect an 8 out of 10 experience.. that way many times I am positively surprised. I expect that it probably is a 9 out of 10 a solid performer, a great time gaming and yes .. many many many hundreds of hours lost!

3. Eeeeh no.. life goes on you know!

4. Saints Row, yup a fan of big open worlds! I expect patch 1.02 to come out for it in 2 months of its life. Again for the same reasons squishing lovable little bugs.

5. Cow says OINK!

1) Did you pre-order Skyrim: Wee wee monsiuer

2) Are you still hyped: Why of course!

3) Are you doing anything out of the ordinary to pass your time for the wait: Yes letting my wife get on my ps3. That won't be happening come Nov 11

4) Other games have caught my eye: Nope I played Arkham city to pass the time but that was only cause I had a free rental. I am mostly playing co-op games with my wife or DCUO.

1) Did you pre-order Skyrim
No. The day I pay $60 for a pre-order is the day I decide to...well, pre-order a game for $60 I suppose--but the point is I'm not buying games at that price any more. AC2 was a disappointment for me, and Modern Warfare 2 was a disappointment for me. Were they worth that $60 in my opinion? No. They weren't. I'd have paid $45 for Assassin's Creed 2 and $25 for Modern Warfare 2 if I could.

2) Are you still hyped
Not really hyped in the first place.

3) Are you doing anything out of the ordinary to pass your time for the wait.
Considered playing Oblivion, realized as usual that thinking about playing Oblivion is always better than actually playing it. So for now the thing I'm doing is waiting for the price to drop to a more reasonable $50 instead of that lame knock-up inspired by Ubi-Soft-Penis and Acti-Vision 20/8000 with their respective titles Assassin's Creed 2: PC Disappointment Edition and Modern Warfare 2...I don't have any lame insults to throw at Modern Warfare 2's name, other than 'Modern Warfare as imagined by a solitary nerd dreaming of cold war fantasies' etcetera, but now I'm encroaching on Yahtzee-joke territory.

4) Other games have caught my eye.
At the moment, my eyes aren't just caught, they're being gently caressed by Saints Row: The Third and Batman: Arkham City as they do favors for them too graphic for me to post here.

5)SKYRIM SUCKS OLOLOLOLOLOL
There is that possibility, however unlikely. The thing I'm not so sure about is, "will it be a good game? Or will it be 'pew pew pew pew! Two hands!'?"

Discussion Answer: Passing the time by waiting for either a price drop or some of my online video gamer friends who did get the game to tell me how good it is. We shall see.

1) Yes
2) Meh. I don't get as excited over games as I used to, plus I don't even know if it'll run on PC from day one or not, or how many mods I'm going to have to download to make it feel like less of a console port.
3) Uh, I'm knitting something with a lace pattern? That's something new for me.
4) Skyward Sword comes out this month too! I have the special edition pre-ordered.

I'm not eagerly awaiting it and feeling the pain of patience or anything, so it's not like I need to find something to do to make the wait "easier" or anything. Video games is just one of many hobbies I have. So I've just been knitting, trying new recipes, attempting to get some exercise in, watching Netflix, playing other games, and going to class/doing homework as usual.

1. Yes
2. Not overly hyped, but I'm happy the time has finally come!
3. Playing Battlefield 3
4. Batman AC (PC of course) & BF3
5. No problem with skyrim here, even though they "simplified" the game a bit further. I know the mods that will eventually come out will rescue this game from any of the major issues the game has.
