I can pretty much gain 7-9 hours of sleep depending if nothing outside of my room wake me up (e.g. parent going to the bathroom). I need complete silence for me to sleep more than 9 hours (All I can say is back in Uni I got plenty of sleep). It annoying how I can never fall alseep straight away anymore (my mind keep racing).
These days however my sleeping habit is a bit mess up (waking up in the middle of the night and waking up dead early).
