Poll: Slurpees/slushies

i buy big bottles of vanilla coke and freeze it for about 4-5hrs and that makes it slushy like

You still get Vanilla Coke? Where and how? Where are you from?

hmm...it might just be where im from, no one ever ever ever gets slushies anymore around here, they sell em all over at places, and for a while 4-5 years ago they were kinda popular for some odd reason, but i dont know anyone who gets those anymore, we even had em for free at our campus event a week ago and no one cared to grab one

We don't have 7-11s in South Carolina. I did go to one when I was visiting friends in Maryland and had my first and last Slushie. God, that brain freeze was awwwwful. I'd rather be hung over.

I used to get them from Mac's before I discovered the wonder of 7-11. Then about 2 years I stopped buying them. The end.

I like the coke flavour... But Screamers are so good. Slurpee with a scoop of ice cream in it. Haven't had one in years.

I don't really buy slurpees anymore. If I buy any frozen drink, it's usually a Java Chip Frag-accino from Starbucks. That stuff's good. Or Chocolate Chiller from Second Cup (basically frozen chocolate milk).

Flavor-wise, I mix everything I can get my hands on into one satanic cup. It tastes delicious to me, and no one else wants to steal it from me; you can't do better.

Someone I know got a slurpee/slushie, whatever you want to call it from a 7-Eleven. When she grabbed a straw and stuck it in she didn't realize there was a centipede that was inside the straw and well; you can guess what happened, took a while to get all the legs that had detached out of her mouth. Shit made me paranoid about straws that aren't wrapped, if they aren't I always look through them to make sure.

I never tried a slurpee with alcohol... I've heard of kids doing it because they could have it at school and get away with it... but I'd rather go to the pub and have a couple drinks with wings or nachos. Slurpee is good just by itself.
