Blaziken would be a natural for brawl! to bad does not have enough notoriety to be even consideredOrdinaryundone said:Mewtwo tugs on my nostalgia strings, but honestly Lucario wins. He's got a better character design, and I feel he fits the moveset better. As much as I love him, I always felt Mewtwo looked kinda...stupid.
That said, I wish Lucario didn't talk. He doesn't have to say his name over and over, just grunts and yells like Mewtwo would be fine. But having a Pokemon talk outright (who isn't Meowth) just feels weird. Also, it starts to put him over the "anthropomorphic" line, into the same camp as the Star Fox crew, which is kind of redundant from a "character diversity" standpoint.
Though honestly, if I want any Pokemon characters in the next SSB I want a new Pokemon Trainer with the Generation 2 starters. Also, Lucario could be swapped out for Blaziken and I would be happy >__>.
But didn't part of the dialogue in OoT clearly say "he" or "a man" or whatever at some point when adressing Sheik? Maybe Zelda was just playing of the first impression androgynity(not sure if that's a word) of her transformation, i don't know...Daystar Clarion said:Mostly because TLOZ series lacks any kind of strong male support role for the inevitable rabid fangirls to write yaoi fanfiction about.Alar said:That picture of Sheik is so very obviously a female... how can anyone confuse Sheik for a guy?Daystar Clarion said:Neither. Mewtwo was far too floaty, and Lucario was useless until you took enough damage for Aura to kick in.

Ergo, they've gotten it into their heads that Zelda turns into a man when she transforms, instead of, you know, just being disguised as a man.
All because they want a dude to have sex with Link.
Like Yaoi? Fine, I'm not here to judge, but don't try and use flawed logic as to why Sheik is not a woman.
I LOVE your explanation! It makes so much sense!Daystar Clarion said:Mostly because TLOZ series lacks any kind of strong male support role for the inevitable rabid fangirls to write yaoi fanfiction about.Alar said:That picture of Sheik is so very obviously a female... how can anyone confuse Sheik for a guy?Daystar Clarion said:Neither. Yes. Because she was disguised as a manUlquiorra4sama said:But didn't part of the dialogue in OoT clearly say "he" or "a man" or whatever at some point when adressing Sheik? Anyways: I want Mewtwo back. Though i would want him to move about a little differently. He felt like he was moving around with some really slow no_clip on the last time around. I liked his moveset though(and no it's not entirely the same as Lucario's. Unlike Capt. Falcon and Ganondorf)
I agree. I mean, they altered Ganondorf and Falco so that they had distinct fighting styles in Brawl, why not do the same to the rest of the "clones"?Chaos James said:Where is the "Both" option. I mean, once they introduce a character to the series, they shouldn't remove it later. Sure, some are clones ("Oh yes, let's take out Mewtwo and Roy, but keep Falco and add Wolf, are we bright dur dur"), but so what? There will always be someone who plays Pichu or Roy or even Dr. Mario.
So yes, I want both Lucario and Mewtwo (along with all previous characters in the last three games) to appear in SSB4.
Snake is like the second most powerful character in the game through merit of his immense speed/range/priority/damage.Don Savik said:Solid Snake! (I know this isnt about snake but he never gets enough love)
You have to play passive as snake, harassing them with mines and timed bombs while everyone kills each other, then finish em of with the rocket launcher.
I like mewtwo better, lucario would be cooler if the furrys didnt destroy him like everything they touch.
