That's a cool idea, I guess. Not heard of it before though so I guess one of you guys invented it and then is spread

I buy a pack of cigarettes to smoke - usually don't even look at which one I'm pulling out.
My luck doesn't depend on smoking - usually depends on if I've actually done the work set for my Uni courses or not

I roll my own so I can't have anything like that, straights don't last me long.
Also I don't like having them in my pocket because I might fall on them and flatten them, rolling your own it doesn't matter how hard to land on your ass, your smokes will survive.

If I need to have a smoke, I always first try to balance it on my finger and then try it flip it up. Getting it perfect makes me feel like nothing will go wrong rest of the day, failing means I might just a little bad luck.
I smoke roll ups so no. MMMM golden Virginia, rizla silver's and swans carbon filter tips, makes me a happy man.
I also yell abuse at my alarm, wont effect my luck but makes me feel better, gotta keep up that positive mental attitude

It's interesting having Logic and belief fight in ym brain constantly.
For the most part, in my experience there's no such thing as luck. But I always hope.

Oh and don't start, yes its glamorous and sexy but really the cough is not worth it. Try to do it with a pack of gum or something

The only thing I'll ever smoke is the occasional (twice a month tops)hookah. I made absolutely sure I set this boundary in place because my dad's been addicted to cigarettes for about about 30 years, and I don't want to end up like that.
There's a few rituals when it comes to opening the pack, sacred rituals. You don't want to anger the smoking gods do you? The lucky is sacred for its immunity to being taken from you, when it comes to one left you can smile at your little friend, you know no one who takes smoking seriously will remove it from your grasp.
But the opening ritual is just as important, hit the bottom against the palm of your hand 3 times to pack down the cigs. Then proceed to remove both plastic from the top and bottom followed by removing front protective foil. The lucky is chosen in many different ways but the correct way is to hold the pack sideways and flick the bottom. The highest is your lucky and if you dare smoke it before the others then another must be chosen, if another is not chosen...may Tod (tobacco god) have mercy on your lungs.
Of course Tod is the tailor made god of smoking, i am not a follower of bags.

No, anyone I've ever known that does it has been an underage smoker so I tend to view it as an adolescent thing to do, besides cigs don't give you luck, rabbits feet do.
