No snow in western Norway yet. But it is -5 degrees celcius, so it's bond to snow soon:)
Can hardly wait :)

Yeah, started... yesterday? Day before, I think. Only a little bit, but last night it came down heavier and settled. Got a couple of inches, although it seems to be starting to melt a bit. Thankfully. I hate the snow, particularly when I'm meant to be going home today - if I end up stuck here, I'm gonna scream.

No. There is none here in Orange, CA. Although there has been a few days of snow back where I'm from which is a lot higher up... I want some snow... QQ.

Damn, judging by the first page you people are soft. I live in near buffalo, snow storms of a foot and a half barely phase our town. We had classes last year on a day that we had 23 inches of snow, so yeah.. we have plenty of the stuff
Yeah I'm from Western NY and I had to drive through Buffalo to get home from college and they freaking closed I-90! Closed it! I had to wait for the next day to go home at 5:30 AM and I blame you, Buffalo!

Just kidding.

After reading these, I really empathize with the Canadians. -50 Celsius is insane. The worst it's ever been here (South Dakota) was -80 Fahrenheit, so -65 Celsius but that's including windchill. Lowest actual temperature was -58 Fahrenheit. I do see a slight benefit to it though, in the Summer we can get over 110, and in the Winter it regularly gets down to -10 at least, so there's a nice adaptability you gain for temperatures. And my god CoziestPigeon, -45 C for an entire week? Kudos go out to you for not blowing out your brains when you walk outside and your entire body contracts and your face freezes to your ass. And I thought two weeks of -20 F was bad.

Yes, it has been for 2 days now and I'm pretty surprised. It's supposed to be about 5-6 degrees C here with rain and all, but it's actually freezing during the day. Doesn't happen very often, we don't see tons of snow in Holland, but I'm glad we have some now, it's pretty.

Snowed a couple days ago - quite a bit too, for here, but then it just rained again; now it's rather mild and raining a lot...

It snowed on the 12th here (which is very odd because we usually get a good dumping of snow in October). Even now, we barely have a few inches of the stuff on the ground. It's freezing cold though.
