Considering there are people who I'd have happily killed without any monetary inducement if I could have been certain of getting away with it, I'd have to say yes. I've never been all that fond of people. What's one less, really?

No way. For all I know, he's going to have me assassinate some leader of a popular revolution in some country, dooming the people of that country to the tyrannical rule of some military junta. Or just some innocent person with a family who doesn't deserve to die...

Nope. Not only would it be rather against my personal morals to kill a person I know nothing about when unprovoked... an influx of 5 million dollars is just asking for law enforcement to start asking questions. No chance of getting caught just doesn't exist in this world.
No, I don't think so. I'm not strapped for cash or anything and while 5 million is a shitton I don't think its worth killing a guy over. If I wanted it that badly then I'd probably just steal it while he wasn't looking.
