I, personally, prefer soft tacos. yummy goodness those are!

Hard... but I always have burrito or something like that with my tacos. Never saw the appeal of having what is just a smaller burrito you don't wrap completely closed.

When I go out, I like the hard shells, but if I'm staying in, I like them chewy, with just a tad bit of hardness to them.

I don't like soft though because they fall apart way too easy.
Edit: Actually, you know, if the taco's small enough, soft can be the best way to go. Bah, I can't decide!
