Torchlight 2 by default, but ignoring the contrivances and the general fuckery associated with Diablo 3, I think they're on equal footing.
I've already preloaded D3, and I've adapted to Starcraft 2's always-online policies. I don't like them, but I want a stable game with regular patches. As long as I can lock out my characters and play strictly alone and similarly ignore the item auction house entirely, I'll be happy.
DRM tends to frustrate me as much as anyone else, but so long as its occasional authentication checks don't deter from the experience, it'll be fine. The main drawback is, of course, that if Blizzard ever goes bust, they'll have to either patch the item generation engine into the users' personal copies of the game before unplugging anything; or just say "Eff you, thanks for the money, we hope you had fun."
