Nope, not ever.
I thought people only did that if you were going into the army or something.
I think it's in my work contract that they can ask me to have a drug test but they've never actually done it to anyone.

No, but I've been mistaken for a drug addict by a blood bank before.
It was 6:30 in the morning and I was there for a blood test (one of those fasting types)
when I went to hand in my sheet, the lab tech thought I was there for a drug test.
She said "Oh sorry we don't do these till later..." then she looked at the paper "Oh..."
I was very angry, but I didn't make a big deal of it.
I guess at 6:30 in the morning when I'm half asleep, I look like I'm on drugs, who knew?

I've been drug tested. When I was at secondary school a lot of my friends did drugs. I never touched the stuff but, guilt by association and all. I remember chugging down cups of water because it was early morning and I had already been for my morning slash. Was pissing water the rest of the day -.-
No but been close. Few jobs I had would do random drug tests but I was never picked (THANK TEH LURD). And few jobs I tried to get as a teen required a drug test at the start so once I read that nope.jpg
My current job has random drug screenings. We had an anchor go to Haiti, Amsterdam, and Jamaica. Pretty much the 3 drug capitals of the world, all on the same vacation. She was never tested when she came back. I have had to piss twice and really gave them no reason to do so. So I can say it is completely random.
I like the last place I worked. They drug tested you if you were injured only. Save time and money. Where I am now its just a waste of time. Its Broadcasting people, not McDonalds.
I generally don't like them, for example right now I'm sick as a dog and could really use some prescription grade cough syrup. My wife has some codeine cough syrup that she can't take anymore.
God do I want that cough syrup... but I can't because it'll show up on a drug screening.

I was in the military, so random drug tests were a fact of life. They'll occasionally generate a list of names, and if you're on the list, time to go pee.
I get a physical and drug test for my factory job each summer and took one when my theatre employre added the incentive too after it was found one of the employees was mainlining heroin (or whatever the term is) with a customer
For my current job, I had to take a drug-test before they'd finalize my employment offer and, if anyone gets injured, they'd get a drug test done.

Twice. One for my current job and one for the job before it. Standard urine test. It's so annoying because they expect you to just go pee immediately but if you don't have to go you sit there like an idiot so I end up drinking like a liter of soda before I go to make sure. They probably think I'm diabetic now.
Military. I can't even tell you how many times I was piss-tested there. No big deal, you just do it, then go back to work.
