I prefer French Lesbian cows exactly 4 1/2 years old. With ENGLISH mustard, none of that French crap, and especially none of that American "worse-than-their-cheese" stuff

Medium rare. Nice & juicy and comes apart without too much hassle.

I enjoy one every thursday with a nice cold pint.
I like your style. I too, love a lovely pint with my steak.

It makes me feel like a man after a hard day of not eating steak with a pint.

You have too many options. Rare and Medium Rare are the only two answers.

Rare if I know and trust the source of the meat, Medium Rare if I do not.

I think you misunderstood. "Still on the cow" means very very rare IMO, not, that you dont want that steak. Thats "I dont".

Well done, who would want to eat raw meat? I don't understand people that do that.
Well is depends on the meat. Red meat tastes superb without really needing much cooking. It's also the only meat that is safe enough to eat raw.

Things like chicken and pork can fuck you over big time if they aren't cooked well enough. (Or at least cured, in regard to pork.)

I just had a lovely rare fillet steak.

=]

Edit: I just realized that some people might not know what 'Blue' steak is.

A 'Blue' steak, is when it is rarer than rare. It's literally thrown onto a pan for 5 seconds (if that), flipped, then served. This causes the surface of the meat to be slightly browned, but all of the rest to be almost completely raw.
Holy crap, is a "blue" steak even edible?? I love me a good rare steak, but sometimes even I think "Hmm, this might not be safe".

That being said,

*drools for steak*

Rare and bloody as hell. What is blue? that can't be good...
I've edited the OP. That should explain it.
Get it. Done that too, but you gotta have real good meat for that. The kind that just melts in your mouth and... I'll be back later. Hungry.

Actually, that's 'Blue'. The "Still On The Cow" one was because I had one extra poll slot, and it seemed a shame to waste it =P

Yeesh, and I thought I was bad (just had a steak, coincidentally, well done).

Don't think anyone can get worse than my old man. His beef is essentially cooked to the point of pure carbon... blech...
