I have no interest in this console at all. Legend of Zelda and Beyonetta 2 are not enough to get me to buy a console.

I'll probably either buy a PS4 or 720 depending on the launch lineups. I'll probably get both eventually though.

Considering the premium version is sold out in most places, it doesn't look like I'll be able to grab mine on launch. I really WANT to grab it on launch day but I'll more than likely be waiting until my birthday (February) when the console should be more widely available...should be.

I do not at all care for the WiiU. If there is one thing I have learnt from buying Nintendo products, it is that try as they might, there will only ever be a handful of games that utilise the generational paraphernalia in an interesting way. Apart from that, I'd say they will be mostly minigame compilation gimmicks and games that just put the minimap on the little screen and leave it.

But if I don't get my Monster Hunter soon...

No, I'd sooner massacre everyone involved than buy a console just for one game.

I might cause I have a lot of disposable income and I like shiny stuff.

I'm a consumer whore.

I have absolutely no interest in this console, but unlike every microsoft console ever made I'll change my opinion as soon as Zelda is ready for purchase :p

With its price point, it's gonna cost an arm and a leg here, where Wii is still priced 'round $300. So yeah, not interested, at least while my PS3 is bricked.

They have a (somewhat) proper controller for tradictional games. And developers have to have learned from their mistakes with the Wii and know what to do going into the Wii-U.
Wow. Just wow. Either that is some triple-A sarcasm or you seriously think that the enormous square controller with a touchscreen is a "proper" controller for "traditional" games.
Uhm, I am pretty sure he was talking about this one:

OT: I wont get it on launch. I'll leave a window for around Christmas to early January and see how things are looking. If it's as hard to get my hands on a Wii U as it was to get a Wii I wont bother until summer I think. It is released on the 30th of November and that fits poorly into my schedule. I have a paper going in on the 8th and I have three exams set in the first half of December. I don't need any more distractions than I already have.

Of course I am, it has a great looking Mario game at launch, and unlike a Microsoft or Sony console, I know there is no problem getting the 1st gen versions. A Nintendo console hasn't died on me yet, but I've lost 2 360s and 1 PS3. If people recall, it was impossible to get a wii for over a year after it came out, assuming you weren't god-tier lucky enough just to spot one when they put them on store shelves. That's a mess I don't want any part of, and as Gamestop demonstrated, it's already started again. I am going to make sure I get this sucker ready and waiting on my Entertainment center BEFORE I absolutely need it for the next big Zelda/Mario/Smash bros.

Nope, I don't buy consoles unless they have a decent amount of games I want. Though with Project P-100 and Bayonetta 2 already on that list I probably will get one eventually.

I don't have any plans on buying one at launch, unlike the Wii which I waited in-front of a Wal-Mart for seven hours for.
But I do plan on buying one at some point, I was already liking what Nintendo where doing with this one, but Pikmin 3 really sold me, and Bayonetta 2 is just icing on the cake.

I have absolutely no interest in this console , because new gen of MS and SONY consoles are coming and i'm not interested in Nintendo games.
