I still love Iroh hes one of the best old men for a show and I wonder what would of happened had him and Ozai fought and how much devastation it would of brought from there flames. Tho Iroh would totally win the fight


So if you could become a bender what kind would you like to be and it can be any type?


Also who is everyone's fav char and why?


I would also love a prequel staring Iroh and possibly other older chars and let us see some of there adventures like when he went to the spirit world or learned true firebending from the sun people.

Its a toss up between Toph and Sokka really, if i let Iroh factor in as well i'd never make up my mind.

You should go watch the new Avatar series now, it finished up the first book recently

Favorite character has to be Toph. She just does so many cool things in the show. She single-handily invented Metal-bending!

Also, was a tough choice between Air-bending and Earth-bending but air is just a little too weak for me.

As for favourite characers, that would be Toph and Iroh especially when the two meet together in that episode!

Sokka and Iroh are the only reason I was able to finish watching the first series; things got much better in book 2 and they didnt need to carry the show but they still continued to be both simultaneously hilarious and awesome.

As for favourite bending that has to be water since it appears the most versatile ranging from healing to blood-bending

Toph is best character.
Any arguments against Toph are invalid.
I also voted Airbending as the best form of bending, because I want to be able to do some sick park-our stuff using airbending, as well as flying.
Also, air-nomads are all about peace and all that jazz, I would assume if something like firebending was the only form of bending there'd be lots of suffering. Which is bad. I'm such a hippie.

Hmm... Toph and Sokka are both awesome... So are Iroh and Ty Lee... Choices are hard, I forfeit.

As for bending, I'd prefer earth, I'm not enough of a pacifist for air, fire's not too bad, water requires water but is versatile, but earth is also pretty versatile. And metal-bending is pretty epic too

Iroh is probably my favourite. Sokka would come close, but I feel they used him as the buttmonkey a few too many times.

With regards to bending, not sure. I can rule out Earth, and probably Fire too. It'd be between Water and Air, right now I can't decide. xD

I really love the idea of waterbending and it's definitely my favorite. I think a lot of people, especially on this forum, would argue I have the personality of an earthbender though...hahaha.

Katara is my favourite because I relate to her a lot but Iroh is amazing too. I was so, so sad to hear his voice actor had passed away. I want to get my best friend to watch the series but he won't because 'It's a cartoon' such a tragedy. He needs to calm down and get a massage!

Spoiler: My sneaky favourite character is the NOO NOT MY CABBAGES! man. I was way to amused by the reference to him in Korra.

Recently I was rearranging a large rockery for my grandparents, which involved moving a lot of very heavy rocks about. I would have paid an awful lot of money to have been able to earthbend while doing that.

My favourites are Zuko and Iroh. Zuko goes through a wonderfully crafted character arc, and Iroh is the one who guides him through it. They have such a great dynamism together.

There's no characters I dislike though. They're all really good.

My favorite character is Sokka. I rarely like a comic relieve character, but that's because Sokka was more than that.

Best character is easily Toph. She's blind, twelve, and grew up in a super wealthy and protected home, but she is the most badass person of the series!

Due to her (and Gaara), my bending of choice is Earthbending.

I like firebending because their fighting style looks cool and I think fire is just all kinds of awesome!

Toph is my favorite character mainly because she created metalbending and is a blind badass.

Her dry humor cracks me up too.

Oooh decisions, decisions..
Using airbending I could fly.
Firebending would be even better for showing off, and lighting dark places I suppose. Also good in a fight.
Waterbending would be extremely handy for the healing capability, I'm sure that'd come in handy at some point.
Earthbending though.. I could build huge fortresses stretching to infinity in mere minutes. Better yet, a huge palace! (assuming that it works like in the show without a hole appearing in the ground and all).

Probably not earth, cuz I'd actually have to purchase all that land for my palaces, or air, because I'd need that kite thing to fly, and fire is just awesome so that.

I am hopelessly in love with Zuko so...

But if I were to choose someone not based on my hormones and my love of troubled, angry young boys with long dark hair... I'd say Toph. Not just for being a frickin' badass and inventing metal bending, but also because she has an awesome sense of humour (and can even have a laugh at being portrayed by a big hairy man in the Fire Nation's play).

And I'd choose waterbending because it's so versatile; you can use it to attack, to heal, and if you're kind of a sicko you can even use it to control people...

My favourite character is Toph. Everything about her is just great.

If I could choose, I would definitely choose waterbending. I enjoy water and ice in general as elements, besides, it's very versatile. And I am a control freak...blood bending, here I come.
